Shipping policy

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:30 PM will be attempted to be shipped the same day. Sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your order. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, all orders over €20 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery is carried out by the postal worker or package delivery person of various services, allowing us to deliver our products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
